Checkout & Payment Instructions

Welcome to CertiBridge! Follow the steps below to complete your enrollment and secure your course access.

  1. How to Complete Your Order

  1. Add your desired course(s) or product(s) to the cart.
  2. Click Proceed to Checkout.
  3. Fill in your name, email address, and billing details.
  4. Select your preferred payment method (options listed below).
  5. Click Place Order to complete your payment.
  6. Once payment is successful, you will receive:
    • An order confirmation email, and
    • Instant access to your course(s) via your Student Dashboard.     

  1. Accepted Payment Methods

   We support secure local and international payments.

   A. Paystack (Local & International Cards)

  • Supports Visa, MasterCard, Verve, and other major international cards.
  • Pay in Naira or supported currencies.
  • Fast and secure checkout. 

   B. PayPal (International Payments)

  • Available for students outside Nigeria.
  • Pay using your PayPal balance or linked cards.
  • Highly secure for global transactions.

   C. Flutterwave (Optional – If Enabled)

  • Supports cards, bank transfers, and mobile money (varies by country).
  • Suitable for students across Africa and internationally.

  1. Currency Information

  • Prices on our website are displayed in ₦ (Naira) by default.
  • If enabled, you may switch to your local currency using the Currency Switcher.
  • Final payment is processed securely in the currency supported by your chosen payment method.

  1. Course Access After Payment

       Once your payment is confirmed:

  • Your order will automatically update to Completed.
  • You will be able to access your course immediately:

       Dashboard → My Courses

  • If you do not see your course after a successful payment, please contact support with your Order ID.

  1. Refunds & Payment Issues

    If you encounter any issue during payment:

  • Refresh the page and try again,
  • or switch to another payment method (e.g., Paystack ↔ PayPal).

   Please include your Order ID, payment method used, and screenshots (if available).  


  1. Safety & Security

   Your payments are processed through trusted and globally recognized gateways:

  • Paystack (PCI-DSS compliant)
  • PayPal (buyer protection)
  • Flutterwave (enterprise-grade encryption)

    We do not store your card details on our website.
